These are the 2004 Women's Low Cut Tri Short - WTL4. Royal blue.  8 panel flat seam construction. Thin quick dry pad so you can swim, bike and run in these. Made from Nylon, Polyester and Spandex. X-SMALL

Elastic waist with drawstring stretches from 23 to 30 inches. Inseam is 5 1/2 inches and leg openings without gripper elastic are 15 inches, both un-stretched measurements. Front rise from center of crotch to the top of the waistband is 5 3/4 inches and the back is 9 inches both un-stretched measurements.

Elastic waist with drawstring stretches from 24 to 32 inches. Inseam is 6 inches and leg openings without gripper elastic are 16 1/2 inches, both un-stretched measurements. Front rise from center of crotch to the top of the waistband is 6 1/2 inches and the back is 9 1/2 inches both un-stretched measurements.
